👉 Contexte :
Nous accompagnons un de nos partenaires du secteur du luxe/e-commerce dans le recrutement d’un E-Commerce project manager.
La maîtrise de l’Anglais est importante car elle est utilisée dans les spécifications et les échanges.
Il s’agit ici d’une mission freelance qui durera au minimum 12 mois et pouvant aller jusqu’à 24 mois.
Le démarrage est ASAP.
📍Paris Centre
🏠 2 jours de remote par semaine possible / 3 jours sur site à Paris Centre
🚀 Missions :
The IT E-Commerce Project Manager supports a dynamic team focused on delivering the best online experience to our customers.
• Work with global business teams to evaluate new requirements: qualify requests, assess
feasibility, deliver effort estimates, identify constraints and dependencies. Participate in
business roadmap prioritization.
• Translate business requirements into user requirements and user stories
• Work with developers, architects, and technical leaders to design technical solutions
• Manage the whole project lifecycle, including planning, design, documentation, testing,
deployment, communication, reporting, change management and incidents
• Organize daily agile activities with the development and QA team; follow the developments
and organize the release planning
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (domain managers, software vendors…)
• Deliver projects on time, at the expected level of quality and within budget
• Participate in the definition of our storefront technical roadmap based on the Salesforce
product roadmap and industry best practices.
🥋 Profil recherché :
• 5+ year experience with E-Commerce or IT development
• 5+ year experience in IT project management
• Experience developing project plans, process diagrams, use cases, functional and technical
requirements
• Strong customer focus
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong technical awareness when assessing and scoping work
• Working knowledge of HTML / CSS and basic web technologies. Preferable experience in
Javascript
• Additional experience in data flow management (ETL…) and SQL is preferred
• Required knowledge with SOA and APIs
• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud
• Knowledge of business processes and solutions covering the whole e-commerce value chain,
including OMS, WMS, TMS, PIM, PSP, POS integrations… is a plus
• Basic knowledge of a code version control tool like GIT
• Professional English
